The 2008 Evergreen Public Access Defibrillation Sixth Annual Golf Tournament at Hiwan Golf Club

Recognition and Benefits Program

Evergreen Public Access Defibrillation (EPAD) will hold its sixth annual golf tournament fundraiser on Monday, May 19th at the beautiful Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen, Colorado. Over the past five years, the tournament has raised $50,000 for the purchase of twenty-eight automated external defibrillators that have been strategically placed in high risk, high volume public settings throughout Evergreen. These devices have already saved two lives.

Our previous tournaments have received significant media coverage in the Canyon Courier, Serenity, and Your Hub. This year we expect to receive several weeks of advertising from these local media outlets. In addition, each year players from across the Denver metro area and Evergreen have filled the tournament to capacity.

EPAD asks for your sponsorship participation in this tremendously successful event. We are seeking partnerships that will provide you with a marketing channel, increase your visibility, and enhance your community image while helping EPAD make the Evergreen community heart safe.

When possible, EPAD asks sponsors to donate gifts with their company name or logo for the player gift bags. Examples include pens, note pads, sunscreen, golf tees, and business cards. Please submit 150 items, as we fill the tournament with this many golfers each year.
