The 2012 Golf Season is coming soon! Let's start it together at Hiwan Golf Club. Last May was a huge success with over 100 golfers; we hope this year will be the same. Hiwan Golf Club is an award winning golf course here in Evergreen Colorado. Once again Hiwan has given us an outstanding rate to play this course.
This will be a four player scramble shotgun start. Your team will need one captain who will be available to receive the information regarding the tournament. Players will have multiple chances to win great prizes such as airline vouchers, cash – and a raffled VACATION CONDO for a week in Santé Fe, NM, as well as many other fantastic items.
Proceeds from the tournament will be used to purchase Automatic External Defibrillators, training and teach CPR. With AED placement goals being met goals (40-50 AEDs in Evergreen) we will start teaching CPR classes to Evergreen residents for merely the cost of a book and certification card. With this inexpensive class fee we hope to certify thousands of Evergreen residents in the years to come. In the last 9 years the money we have raised has assisted in the placement of 47 defibrillators. Now we are hoping to train more than just the business that have these AEDs, but Evergreens residents as well.
